For ten remarkable years, LightHouse has stood as a beacon of hope, innovation, and possibility. We’ve reimagined educational pathways, centered young people’s voices, and created spaces where those who didn’t thrive in traditional systems could find belonging, purpose, and new routes to their futures.
For 10 years we’ve boldly offered a new way to school, and we’re continuing to expand our vision to serve more.
Join us for our 10th Anniversary, a celebration of our first decade and a rallying cry for the work ahead. The evening begins with an open house at 5PM where you can explore our campus and see what school looks like in our new facility. We then gather in De la Luz, our performing arts venue, at 6PM to enjoy light bites prepared with help from our very own culinary students. The program begins at 6:45 and culminates in a concert with Fabiola Méndez, an Emmy-nominated composer known for her unique blend of genres, including folk, jazz, and Afro-Caribbean influences. Much like the LightHouse community, her music reflects a wide range of identities, cultures, and roots.
Thanks to our sponsors, including Holden and Humphrey, LD Leasing, Lumber Dogs, Peoples Bank, and Bueno y Sano, this event is free to attend. Guests will be asked to make a meaningful gift to support this work.
