An evening of learning, performance, and collective action
This is a free event. All are welcome. Donations are gratefully accepted.
5:00 PM — Doors Open + Dinner
Food and drinks available for purchase. Come early, settle in, and connect.
5:30–6:30 PM — Teach-In
A participatory session on labor justice—grounded in real stories, local context, and shared strategy. Learn, reflect, and exchange ideas over dinner.
7:00 PM — Voices Performance + Song Circle
Voices of Working People’s History is a powerful blend of music and dramatic readings drawn from generations of resistance—from the first May Day to today. Inspired by the work of Howard Zinn, this performance traces the throughline of people organizing, pushing back, and reshaping what’s possible. (Approx. 100 minutes.)
After the performance, stay for a community song circle. We’ll raise our voices together—songs of liberation, justice, and solidarity.
If you’re able to contribute, donations help make this work possible.
