De la Luz offers a range of spaces for performances, celebrations, meetings, workshops, dinners, and gatherings of all kinds.

Our two performance venues on Race Street in downtown Holyoke—the De la Luz Soundstage and the more intimate Divine Theater—are joined by a dining room and flexible workshop and gathering spaces on the third floor. Spaces can be rented individually or combined for larger events that make use of multiple parts of the campus.

Our largest venue, the Soundstage has a 56′ × 100′4″ footprint with approximately 3,000 square feet of open event floor, allowing the room to shift easily between concerts, seated performances, dances, dinners, receptions, and large gatherings.

The space includes a full stage, bar, sound booth, accessible entry ramp, men’s and women’s restrooms, and a private green room with its own bathroom.

The Divine Theater is a 3,000-square-foot flexible black box space with high ceilings, a beautiful wood floor, and the industrial character of the historic Judd Paper Company building.

The room can be configured for performances, dances, dinners, receptions, talks, and other gatherings, with a full bar and sound booth. Its lobby connects directly to the Dining Room, allowing the two spaces to work together for larger or multi-part events.

De la Luz has a full commercial kitchen and offers in-house catering for events throughout the campus, from receptions and casual gatherings to seated dinners and larger celebrations.

Our catering team can work with you to create food that fits your event, your guests, and the way you’re using the space. Let us know what you have in mind when you submit your inquiry.

We generally require events to use De la Luz catering rather than outside caterers.

Every event is a little different. Rental rates depend on the space, date, hours, setup, staffing, technical needs, catering, and other details of your event.

Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll put together a quote outlining the space, what’s included, and any additional services you’ll need. Deposit, payment terms, and rental hours will all be confirmed as part of the booking process.
