Deleting your data

Email hola@delaluz.org with the subject "Delete my data", from the email address you used with us (or tell us the phone number you gave us). We will confirm when it is done, within thirty days.

Your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and the consents you gave us, and any record connected to them that we do not have to keep. If you reached us through Facebook or Instagram, this includes anything we hold from that contact.

The record of an order itself (the show, the tickets and the amount) stays for as long as the law and our accounting require, without your contact details. Deleting your data does not undo a purchase or a refund already made, and a ticket for an upcoming show stops working once its holder's details are gone.

To remove De la Luz's access to your Facebook or Instagram account, open Settings → Apps and Websites (Facebook) or Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites (Instagram) and remove it there, then email us as above to delete what we hold.
