De la Luz Insiders Text Terms

Effective October 3, 2026. These terms cover one text program only: De la Luz Insiders, run by De la Luz (LightWorks Collective Inc., DBA De la Luz Soundstage), 114 Race Street, Holyoke, MA.

• Program: De la Luz Insiders, recurring marketing texts from De la Luz to people who ask to join.
• Messages: upcoming shows, ticket on-sale dates, early-bird pricing and first pick of seats.
• Frequency: message frequency varies, up to 8 msgs/month.
• Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.
• To stop: reply STOP to cancel at any time.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or email hola@delaluz.org.

Any one of these, and only by your choice:

• text LUZ to (413) 420-5955, then reply Y to confirm;
• at delaluz.org/join, enter your mobile number and tick "Text me De la Luz Insider offers";
• on your ticket page, tick the Insider box.

Every box starts unticked. Unless your ticket was already texted to that number, we text you first and send nothing until you reply Y. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and buying a ticket never signs you up.

Reply STOP to any Insiders message to cancel. We confirm once, then send nothing more. Reply START to rejoin. Reply HELP for help, or email hola@delaluz.org.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. See our privacy policy. If these terms change, the date at the top changes too.
