SMS Terms

Effective September 24, 2026.

• PROGRAM: De la Luz Ticket Texts
• WHAT YOU GET: Your Magic Ticket link, updates about the show you hold a ticket for (the menu, arrival details, any change), and a reminder on show day. No marketing.
• HOW OFTEN: Varies by order; a few messages per show.
• COST: Message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing.
• STOP: Reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help.

When you buy a ticket on delaluz.org and choose to have your Magic Ticket texted, we send you text messages about that ticket: the Magic Ticket link, updates about the show as the evening takes shape (the menu, arrival details, and any change to the show), and a reminder on the day of the show. If someone sends you a ticket, you can choose the same updates from it. We do not send marketing texts under this program.

By entering your mobile number and ticking the box "Text me my Magic Ticket and updates about this show." at checkout — or "Updates about this show" on a ticket someone sent you — you agree to receive these messages from De la Luz at that number. Texting is optional; you can have your Magic Ticket emailed instead.

Texting the keyword LUZ to our number, or joining at delaluz.org/join, starts a separate, opt-in programme: marketing texts about upcoming shows, early-bird pricing and special offers.

We text back asking you to reply Y to confirm — nothing is sent to you until you do. Up to 8 messages a month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive these texts is not a condition of buying anything.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. To rejoin, text LUZ again.

Message frequency varies by order: usually the Magic Ticket link, a show-day reminder, and a few updates as the show approaches — a message only when something about your show is new.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. De la Luz does not charge for text messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Your tickets are not affected; you can always find them at delaluz.org/tickets. To rejoin, reply START.
